Wilma is the Managing Partner of Inventor, Miranda & Associates, an accredited audit firm recognized by the BOA, SEC, and BIR, and an accredited training provider by BOA.
With two decades of experience in audit, tax, and accounting, she has led numerous audit and outsourcing engagements, managed complex transitions, and delivered quality projects while holding key leadership roles in finance and accounting operations.
She began her career at SGV & Co. (Ernst & Young), where she built a strong foundation in professional services. Over the years, she has cultivated deep expertise across banking and finance (11 years) and audit and assurance services (17 years), making her a trusted authority in both sectors. An accomplished author and thought leader, she penned Fundamentals of Accounting, Business and Management (Parts 1 & 2) and co-authored Ethics Book 1: Black and White and Ethics Book 2: Ethics: Enduring or Evolving, where she also served as Project Chair. As a long-time business columnist for the Manila Bulletin and Business Mirror, she has shared business insights with the public for over a decade.
